Watermelon Surprise

2 cups watermelon, roughly chopped
1 cup watermelon round scoops
½ tsp ginger powde
Fresh mint to garnish

Mix the ingredients in a blender except for the scooped round water melon. While serving, place the watermelon scoops in a tall glass and pour the juice over it. Serve with ice.

The Indian Lasislassi juice

This is a traditional Indian drink with immense benefits for the digestive  system. It is made with Live natural yogurt which is rich in Calcium and Vitamin D.

Plain lassi

1 cup yogurt
½ cup water
 ice cubes
Sugar –1 tsp(optional)
Salt to taste.

Blend the ingredients together in a blender and serve cold.

Mango lassi

1 cup fresh mango pulp/ chopped mango slices
1 cup yogurt
Ice cubes

Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend for 2 minutes, then pour  a serving glass to serve.  The lassi can be kept refrigerated for up to 24 hours.

Strawberry lassi

1 cup fresh strawberries
1 cup yougurt
ice cubes.
Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend for 2 minutes, then pour  a serving glass to serve.  The lassi can be kept refrigerated for up to 24 hours.

Strawberry milkshake 

8 oz strawberries 
8 oz organic milk or soy milk 
1 tbsp honey (optional)

Blend all the ingredients in a blender with crushed ice. Serve this thick delicious milkshake garnished with a strawberry slice.

Everyday Cranberry Juice 

200gms fresh cranberries
150gms sugar
2 tsp orange rind
6 cloves
600 ml water.

cranberry juice

Boil berries with water and other ingredients. When berries soften in about 5-8 minutes and the sugar dissolves reduce heat and let it simmer for 10 minutes. Strain through a strainer. Cool and refrigerate. Home made cranberry juice is ready to serve.

Green  Delight

500g seedless grapes
 2 peeled kiwi fruit

Process the ingredients in a juicer and serve cold garnished with a kiwi slice

2 tsp sugar(optional)
1 glass water
 A pinch of salt

Cut lime into halves and squeeze out the juice with a lemon squeezer. Add sugar, salt and the water, mix well. Serve with ice and garnish with mint leaves if desired.
